Aluminum Anodizing Dye

Introduction

This product is a special dye for aluminum alloy. Aluminum or aluminum alloy products for the anode, placed in the electrolyte solution for power treatment, the usage of electrolysis is to form the surface of the process of alumina film, known as aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized. After anodizing, the aluminum surface can produce several microns - hundreds of microns of oxide film. Attention.

• 1, open the cylinder and add, do not directly into the dyeing tank, in other containers with (about 80-90 ??) hot water completely dissolved, add to the slot.
• 2, please do not use water containing iron ions and phosphoric acid ions, usually tap water, preferably ion exchange water.
• 3, must be washed thoroughly before dyeing. If the acid is attached, it will become a spot, or lead to uneven dyeing, the surface of flowers.



Management methods

When used, it is adjusted according to the following method when the pH is changed due to acid and alkali.
PH raised, use dilute ammonia solution
PH decreased, use a dilute acetic acid solution
